Carl has faithfully served as an attorney for Downriver Michigan residents for more than 35 years.
In addition to his general law practice, Carl has formerly served as a probate mediator, 33rd District Court Magistrate and prosecutor for the city of Brownstown. He also was elected to the Lincoln Park City Council and was a candidate for 33rd District Court judge, endorsed by several organizations.
He currently specializes in probate, wills and trusts, descendant's estates, guardianships, real estate, divorces, drunk driving cases, criminal cases, traffic infringements and driver's license issues. As a Downriver resident himself, Carl is focused on serving his clients' needs and providing the highest quality service. He was named one of Metro Detroit's Top Lawyers by DBusiness Journal and holds a rating of AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5 from Martindale & Hubbell.
Carl grew up in Lincoln Park, Michigan. He attended Lincoln Park High School, earned his Bachelor's degree at Eastern Michigan University and his Juris Doctorate at the Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State University College of Law).
Carl is a loving father of two grown children and currently lives in Grosse Ile with his wife Jane.
